Well to start out our water heater went out on 11/09 last year and had to do something to have hot water again so I started looking around on eBay and found a Titan Tank-less water heater by Niagara Industries Inc. and thought this would be good it states it will save you 60% on your water heating bills compared to a electric tank type water heater well we didn’t have an electric water heater we had a gas fired tank type water heater but still thought this would a good investment for our water heating needs.

WRONG This year 4/10 the Titan water heater stopped working well not entirely it had some warm water running through it but was not heating water sufficiently so long story short I called the company and talked to the tech (even called the eBay seller which whom I bought it from) and the tech told me to do this and that and I did come to find out it’s defective will send you a new one but we have to charge your credit card and when we get the old one back we will reverse the charges on your card.

Got the new one and boxed up the old one and sent it back to the company and yes they did reverse the charges on my card.
So got the new Titan Tank-less water heater installed and it worked just fine until 10/17/2010 your right it took a crap not even warm water this time so I hit the reset button through the access hole turned the breaker back on and the water heater came on all the LED lights were on went up and turned the hot water on and no hot water well it popped the reset button again.

Called the company Niagara Industries and talked to the tech dude and he told me to reset the unit through the access hole and I did and flipped the breaker on and all the LED lights came on and he asked if all the LED lights were on I said yes and he said that there was an obstruction in the inlet and to turn off the power and take off the inlet line (cold water) and pull out the screen and clean out the obstruction and try it again so that’s what I did and the same thing happened all the LED lights stayed on thus popping the reset button.

Oh I should mention that I had to pull off the cover (breaking the seal) to put the reset button back into it’s place after it fell out from where it should be and also when I was cleaning out the inlet I also took off the cover to make sure that the little screen came out through the inlet and wasn’t sandwiched between two water connections and voiding the warranty my bad.

Going back to a gas fired water heater that tank-less unit was not any savings at all and for what it cost for the Titan Tank-less water heater 193.50, wiring 35.00, circuit breaker 15.00, electrician 50.00, copper tubing and fittings 40.00.
With all the costs over 300.00 dollars and the time involved to install these units and not lasting even a year (5 months each) these are not in my opinion worth the hassle.

I think Niagara Industries Inc. have a good idea but the components that are used in these  units are not a very good quality for the applications they are used for meaning they don’t stand up to the test of time and scene I’ve had this unit in place I have read a lot of not so good reviews on this company and their products of being in the water heater business for 25 years and some say that it’s hard to get them to resolve any issues with their product and honor their warranty don’t know how they stayed in business for that long.

For myself I will not be using any product from this company nor would I recommend anything from Niagara Industries Inc.

I should also mention that the eBay seller that I purchased the Titan Tank-less water heater from is No longer a registered user on eBay selling these units that should tell you something about the Titan Tank-less water heaters and this company Niagara Industries and their products you should stay away from.

This is my review on this product from Niagara Industries which in my opinion is totally junk and this company should stop ripping people off.

What a great Tractor show it was this year it was the 36^th annual old gas tractor show it always runs the third weekend in August officially starting on Friday through Sunday the club usually features a different brand of tractor every year this year they featured the MM (Minneapolis Moline) and Doodlebugs next year the show will be a four day event and will be featuring the Rumely oil pulls these are really cool tractors.

The show grounds are around 40 acres or so with camping in the woods on a first come first served basis. These are all rustic camping areas for spectators that stay for the show but bring your own generator if you want power and be sure to fill your fresh water tank also if you have a travel trailer or camper there is a shower house but it’s very busy in the morning and early evening. I normally bring my own house (travel trailer) being set up in the flea market area.

I’ve been going to this show for the last 10 years setting up in the Flea Market and really enjoy this show although I’m not able to see much of the activities throughout the day because I‘m usually on my own when I’m there but after I close up for the day and if it‘s not to late I can wonder about and take some pictures and see some of the activities.

Like checking out the old equipment in the Blacksmith and Woodworking shop that is on display and just think all this equipment is powered by gasoline engines like the hit and miss engines large and small this show is very much a working history lesson of farming days gone by, someone said it’s nice to see the farm equipment being preserved for people to watch it being demonstrated.

The show event also features demonstrations like threshing, baling, harvesting, tilling and stone crushing also demonstrations at the shingle mill, saw mill, and veneer mill. There are many types of antique gas and steam engines also on display during the show.

All the activities run all day and into the night like tractor pulling there are two pulling arenas with a lot of antique tractor pulling competitions including steel wheel tractors and garden tractors. There are pulling competitions with the V8 powered units as well, man do these tractors pull.

There is a tractor parade in the middle of the day where the exhibitors can show off their tractors and tell a little about the tractor they own and a little about themselves like who they are, how long they owned their tractor and if they are the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd owner. Most of the tractors are restored but some are farm fresh and are still used on the farm.

Friday and Saturday night the Kentucky Straight Band starts around 8:30 pm and they perform utill 12:30 am or longer and Sunday they perform from 7 utill 11:00 pm they are a pretty darn good band they rock.

At 7:00 am in the morning a steam whistle sounds off letting everyone know that it’s time to get going and the gates are open and the show begins for the day.

Saturday night after dark there is a fireworks show going on for an hour or so. The band is still performing, tractor pulls are pulling, everyone having a good time in the concession area where the band is or in their own area watching the fireworks. The show grounds are located out in the sticks away from pretty much anybody there are a few houses about but they only have to put up with the show once a year and probably are use to it anyways.

There is also security on the premises with the local Sheriff Dept they are there with horses and golf carts patrolling around the grounds. Last year one of the horses got spooked from the fireworks and jetted off to find a place to hide far away from the noise no one was hurt in that event to my knowledge.

All in all this is always a really good show to attend I’ve never been to a better tractor show event that has so much going on all day long and into the night most of the other shows I’ve been to shut down in the early evening not this one they really put on a good show and do their best to be ready for it.

I usually try to get there two days before the show starts so I can get set up. I took some pictures that you can look at if you like some of them are before the show started.

Okay you maybe wondering just exactly what this Secret Momentum Lab is well it’s a $997.00 28 day Momentum work shop that he’s giving away FREE it’s from Michael Cheney and Million Dollar Mike Morgan from what I can tell after listing to the orientation audio it sounds very interesting but just what is Momentum: check out the video.

Momentum is a conserved quantity, meaning that the total momentum of any closed system (one not affected by external forces) cannot change. Although originally expressed in Newton’s Second Law, it also holds in special relativity, and with appropriate definitions a (generalized) momentum conservation law holds in electrodynamics, quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, and general relativity.       Complements of  Wikipedia.

So I thought that I would post this because if I’m interested you maybe interested also and best of all it’s FREE everybody likes Free stuff.
As I mentioned I’ve just listen to the orientation audio and downloaded the PDF’s for it, some work sheets.

What Michael talks about in general is when you are motivated to do something, what do you do, you get up and do it, but what if you loose interest in what you were doing because it’s time consuming, taking along time to accomplish and it’s not a easy task because you’ve lost your motivation for what you were motivated for in the first place, that’s were the Momentum comes in.

I don’t know about you but we all loose our motivation, interest every now and then and we need a little help sometimes, that’s were Momentum picks up so if your interested in this FREE
